How to Use (based on 100ℓ cultivation)

  • • Pour water of 100ℓ volume into a cultivation fermenter, put 500g medium ① and dissolve it well.
  • • After dissolving the medium, sterilize it for 20 minutes maintaining boiling state. (It can be omitted)
  • • When the temperature of the cultivation fermenter is cooled to 30℃ after completing sterilization, put 100mℓ medium ② and 500mℓ seed.
  • • Shoot a light, and start to cultivation inputting the air of approximate 5ℓ/min./li>
  • • When the cultivation liquid gets similar to the color of the second day on the color chart below, finish the cultivation.
